Enduring Powers of Attorney
Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs) are among the most important legal documents you can have in place. They ensure that if you are ever unable to make decisions due to illness or injury, someone you trust can act on your behalf.
I strongly recommend all clients have EPAs in place to avoid the costly and time-consuming process of having the Court appoint a Property Manager or Welfare Guardian under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act (PPPR). Court-appointed roles also come with ongoing reporting obligations and administrative costs.
I can assist with:
Enduring Powers of Attorney for Property
Enduring Powers of Attorney for Personal Care and Welfare
General Powers of Attorney
Certificates of Non-Revocation
PPPR Act applications (Property Manager and/or Welfare Guardian appointments
With my guidance, you can put the right legal protections in place to safeguard your future and give peace of mind to your loved ones.
