Below you’ll find a checklist of information and documents that may be required, along with downloadable forms to complete before your first appointment. If you're unsure about anything, please feel free to contact us — we're here to make the process as smooth as possible.

New Client Checklist
Depending on the service you're engaging us for, we may need the following:
General Information:
- Photo ID (e.g. passport or driver’s licence)
- Proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)
- IRD number (for certain transactions)
For Property Matters:
- Details of the property (address, agreement or listing if available)
- KiwiSaver or First Home Grant application info (if applicable)
- Details of your lender or mortgage broker
For Wills & Estate Planning:
- Names and contact details of executors and beneficiaries
- Summary of assets and liabilities
- Trust deed (if you have an existing trust)
For Business/Commercial Matters:
- Company name and number
- Shareholder/Director details
- Any existing agreements (e.g. lease, shareholder agreement)
For Relationship Property:
- Names of both parties
- Date of commencement and status of relationship
- Any existing property or assets to disclose

Forms can be completed digitally and emailed to us, or printed and brought to your appointment.
